Personal Workout Cards
Upon completion of the NCS beginner, intermediate and advanced workout cards, I will meet with you to discuss your individual needs and will design a personalized six-week workout card.
· Six-week Personal Workout Card: $70.00
Nutritional Consulting
Through proper nutrition and planning, you’ll be able to energize your mind and body and look and feel good for life. Do you want to lose fat, increase muscle and increase your overall well-being? Do you want to learn how to make better food choices for your schedule and increase your quality of life? I will incorporate your lifestyle and preferences and create a nutrition plan for your needs and goals.
· Half hour consultation: $50.00
· One hour consultation: $100.00. This includes covering your nutrition and exercise goals, taking body composition and measurements, taking a before photo, and food analysis.
· Body (Fat) Composition measurement: $20.00
Fitness Assessments
Have you ever wondered what your fitness levels are? I will measure your body composition (percentage of fat and muscle), your cardiovascular endurance, lower and upper body muscular strength, flexibility, lower body power and muscular endurance. With these results, I will recommend ways to restructure your workouts for better results. Now’s the time! One hour fitness assessment: $95.00
Personal Training
Learn proper techniques and incorporate fitness for a lifetime. I will show you different and innovative ways to approach your training. Each hour of personal training will include educating, motivating, and coaching as you move in the direction of your optimal potential. Whether your goal is to run a marathon, to maintain good health, to lose weight, or to prepare for college athletics, I will help to get you there!
· 1 session, $105.00
· 5 sessions, $495.00
· 10 sessions, $900.00
· 20 sessions, $1700.00
· Double Workouts - 2 clients: 1 session, $120.00
· Group Sessions - 3 or 4 clients: $50.00 per person.
· Circuit Training Classes or Boot Camps: $20.00 per person
· Half-hour sessions - individuals only: $65.00
Sessions can be scheduled monthly, weekly, twice or three times a week depending on the client's unique needs, schedule, and expectations.
Ample water intake and a healthy snack are recommended an hour prior to each workout session.

****Prices include mileage within 10 miles of 22304 to your home/gym. Please add $10 to 10-20 miles over 22304. Please add $15 between
20-30 miles and add $20, 30-40 miles. Thank you!
