Look Ahead and Prepare

Athletic Performance Athletes undergo a comprehensive training program which focuses on improving performance, decreasing the potential for injury and motivating through education.

To design and implement year-round, individual, sport specific programs based on cutting edge techniques/theories- combining principles of exercise research through principles of exercise science; kinesiology, exercise physiology, biomechanics, food science. To not only enhance athlete’s abilities and provide nutritional guidance, but to provide a positive environment conducive to the development of discipline and leadership skills in pursuit of optimum physical potential and mental toughness.

We offer sports specific and individual training on the principle of periodization and specificity.  Designed for the youth, high school, college and professional athlete.  Sports include, but not limited to, Marathon training, Tri-athletes, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Football, Volleyball, Tennis, Golf, Gymnastics, Swimming, Diving, Water polo, Crew, Equestrian, Cheerleading, Rugby, Fencing, Ice Skating, Ice Hockey and Track and field. (including: throwing events, pole vault, sprinters, long distance, high jump and long jump).
