Speed & Strength Camps
Speed and strength camps as well as year-round individual training will include sports specific, team and individual training on the principle of specificity to each sport as well as individual. Learn how to increase your speed, agility and first step quickness. Be more explosive and stronger to outscore your opponent. Designed for the youth, high school, college and professional athlete. Sports include, but not limited to, Tennis, Lacrosse, Field hockey, Soccer , Golf, Volleyball, Gymnastics, Swimming, Diving, Basketball, Football, Water polo, Crew, Equestrian, Cheerleading, Rugby, Fencing, Ice Skating, and Track and field (including: throwing events, pole vault, sprinters, long distance, high jump and long jump).

Welcome to my strength and conditioning web page. As a result of my passion for both fitness and coaching athletes, I have combined my two careers on this website in hopes to express the greatness of my profession. My passion is to help athletes achieve their goals as well as pursuing my best potential in fitness mind, body and spirit.
Throughout my strength and conditioning career I have worked at Illinois State, The United States Naval Academy, and the University of Florida. I have trained tennis icon; Monica Seles and am currently the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the National Cathedral School. I consult with university coaches and nutritionists, as well as, professional, collegiate, high school and junior athletes. I am also available to consult with men and women ages 21-70 wanting to achieve their fitness goals. Lastly, I speak at speed and strength clinics upon request.

Mission Statement
To achieve an optimum level of performance of each student-athlete. Athletes undergo a comprehensive training program, which focuses on improving performance, decreasing the potential for injury and motivating through education. To design and implement year-round, individual, sport specific programs based on cutting edge techniques/theories- combining principles of exercise research through principles of exercise science; kinesiology, exercise physiology, biomechanics, food science. To not only enhance athlete’s abilities and provide nutritional guidance, but to provide a positive environment conducive to the development of discipline and leadership skills in pursuit of optimum physical potential and mental toughness.
