Come spend part of your summer with us at NCS! We are offering a fabulous, comprehensive training opportunity for all athletes, boys and girls, ages 10 – 18. Sessions focus on improving performance, decreasing the potential for injury and eating to compete. This program is designed for the young, developing athlete and the more accomplished high school athlete. College bound players will benefit enormously.

Where? ACU Athletic Center, National Cathedral School (35th and Beauvoir Drive)
Lisa Reed, Director of Strength and Conditioning, will offer sports specific and individual training on the principles of periodization and specificity. This program will improve athletic performance in all sports.
