LRF TLC's

Lisa stands apart, making her second-to-none in training, life performance education, motivation, program design and implementation for every age and every fitness level.

Her LRF Method uses positivity and empowerment as a springboard to successful change, but it is also complemented by form, function, and the foundation of movement to strengthen the entire body by working each component part.

What are LRF TLC's?

As part of the LRF Method is LRF TLC’s (Lisa Reed Fitness Tender Loving Care) – a comprehensive performance program has been applied and proven (Lisa designed “LRF TLC’s” with direct oversight from Heather West, PT, DPT, COMT and in conjunction with Becky Cordell Thompson, MEd, ATC.) Lisa designed LRF TLC’s to help others as she has done all her life overcoming 15 athletic surgeries (10 on her right knee, one on her left knee, 2 hip, 2 arm)

From LRF TLC warm-ups to a proper cool down and post workout stretch including how to breathe correctly through each mindful movement, the LRF Method is a life performance skill. By connecting with the whole self through strength training and movement preparation and performance, we create personal connections with fun and challenging workouts which directly correlates to better results and better outlooks in all areas of our clients’ life. While recognizing that we provide a physical service of health and fitness to our clients, we also know that building healthy relationships lasts a lifetime.

For example, Lisa performs a warm-up for each client that may entail dynamic warm-ups, activation, mobility, range of motion drills, flexibility and stretching tools, core and balance training and uni-lateral strengthening exercises from head to toe prior to the workout in a fun and functional way. With her passion for teaching you proper technique, her clients are challenged to understand their bodies through mind muscle connections and are taught how to use positive words and actions to improve themselves. “…clients may not always remember what you had them do, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel.” Lisa helps every clients achieve their goals by breaking them down into smaller steps that are specific and realistic encouraging a “one-step-at-a-time” approach to progress.

Together with Lisa’s experience training over 500 clients from every age and fitness level, and overcoming injury as a gymnast and professional fitness athlete, she positively passionate to help others feel better by taking care of their bodies by teaching, motivating and inspiring each and every client to overcome/prevent injury to move and feel better.

We look forward to working with each and every one of you and are excited to help you learn how to optimize and activate and work the right muscles to relieve pain, prevent injury, improve performance, and so much more!

Thank you for appreciating your body to the fullest and being open to the infinite possibilities to feel and move better with Lisa Reed Fitness. YAY YOU!

Why Are LRF TLCs Vital To Our Day-To-Day Performance?

Muscles move on command from the brain. When we have recruited muscles to perform certain movements and those muscles become exhausted, other muscles compensate–usually resulting in pain or injury. When we improve the neuromuscular coordination or the muscle memory of our nervous system, we can efficiently recruit muscles to perform correctly when required.

What Are Our Goals

We look forward to working with each and every one of you and are excited to help you optimize the body, relieve pain, prevent injury, improve performance, and so much more! Thank you for appreciating your body to the fullest and being open to the infinite possibilities to feel and move better.

LRF TLC puts an emphasis on form, function, and the foundation of movement to strengthen the entire body by working each component part.
